Stellenbeschreibung

Sie verantworten den gesamten Lifecycle Ihrer Software Features und gewährleisten, dass diese über alle Software Development Teams und Projekte hinweg konsistent umgesetzt, abgestimmt und weiterentwickelt werden. Als Sparring Partner tauschen Sie sich eng mit Ihren Stakeholdern aus, prüfen Anforderungen und stellen deren Einhaltung sicher. Ihre Position prägen Sie in einer Pionierrolle und hinterlassen damit Ihren individuellen Footprint.

  • Sie analysieren den „Ist-Zustand“ Ihrer Features, definieren Ziele für deren Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung und beschreiben den Scope.
  • Für produkt- oder plattformspezifische Features erstellen Sie Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Im Rahmen neuer Features entwickeln Sie Visionen. Nach der Einführung Ihrer Features ergänzen Sie – falls notwendig – weitere Funktionen.
  • Bei Features unserer Software Platform definieren und dokumentieren Sie Anforderungen und stimmen sich eng mit dem Architektenboard, den Product Ownern und Projektleitern ab.
  • Für die Implementierung der Features koordinieren Sie die Software Development Teams.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie weisen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium vor – idealerweise in einem MINT-Fach oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Um mit unseren Entwicklern auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen, verfügen Sie über ein tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis von Software-Entwicklung.
  • Sie haben bereits in oder mit agilen Teams gearbeitet und besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Module Owner, Product Owner, Project Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
  • Es macht Ihnen Freude, Ihre Stakeholder von Ihren Ideen zu überzeugen. Sie bringen Verständnis für die Position des anderen mit und behalten gleichzeitig Ihre eigenen Ziele im Blick.
  • Ein internationales Umfeld ist ein echter Benefit für Sie. Daher sprechen Sie gerne und gut Englisch im Projekt (mindestens auf Level B2).
