We are strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.About the right team memberAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ClassPass, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and engaging potential ClassPass partners. You will be the first point of contact for businesses looking to partner with ClassPass and promote their fitness classes or wellness services.About the role• Prospect and Outreach: Identify and target potential business partners through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media outreach from the lead list you are provided with.• Educate and Qualify: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about ClassPass mission, and qualify their interest in working with us.• Appointment Setting: Schedule introductory calls or meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate ClassPass's value proposition.• Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies, strong relationship with Account Executives and effectively close deals.Skills & experience• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.• Motivated, self-starter with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.• Passion for fitness and wellness is a bonus.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Pay transparencyIt is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.The On Target Earnings for this position in the United States is $49,800 to $55,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.#LI-SH1
