We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,700 independent mental health providers, and in turn over 23,000 clients per week across 5 states and virtually via Telehealth.
We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare.
The Director of Finance is a key strategic leader, responsible for shaping the organization's financial strategy and driving informed decision-making across the organization. This leader will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational excellence. Partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will implement tools and platforms to optimize financial processes, identify and communicate actionable insights, and facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000 per year, plus bonus

In this pivotal role, you will shape our financial strategy and influence decision-making that drives our organization forward. You’ll be diving into financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to uncover growth opportunities and optimize operations. We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, at least 8 years of experience in strategic finance, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
