The Senior People Business Partner works closely with key Stakeholders and Business Leads and is responsible for leading on all people matters in their given areas. The Senior People Business Partner will help deliver the objectives and overall strategy of the business and to drive our People function forward.
The Senior People Business Partner will acquire an in depth understanding of their business areas and people challenges and support stakeholders with identifying and implementing solutions.
Our role is to help clients grow their business and drive profitability through adaptive marketing. We do this through our Original Thinking Framework which is driven by a culture of speed, teamwork and provocation.
