Investment Sales Manager

As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Investment Sales Manager to attract investment into our real estate development projects.

Responsibilities:

Attract financing with an average ticket size starting from $5 million for large-scale real estate projects (we operate across three channels: private capital, institutional investments, and bank financing).

Develop and implement a sales funnel strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs and UNHWIs) and institutional investors.

Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate effective communication.

Engage with family offices, private clients, and investors focusing on long-term real estate investments.

Participate in negotiations and deliver presentations to potential investors.

Identify the target investor profile, understanding their key characteristics and needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and business partners.

Proven experience in investment attracrion, preferably in the real estate sector.

A successful track record of raising significant capital.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Deep knowledge of investment products and real estate strategies.

A proactive approach and the drive to achieve high-level results.

Fluent English is required.

Knowledge of Islamic Finance Structures will be a plus.
