Overview

The Missing Bills QC specialist is responsible for QCing the work done by the US and BPO Harvest teams. You will help answer team member questions, and you'll work closely with Harvest leadership to provide insight and ideas on how to increase the team's productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• QC the work done by the Missing Bills, Email, and Broker teams
• Issue errors
• Help answer team member questions
• Assist leadership in improving the team productivity and accuracy

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Able to effectively manage time and workload
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Able to develop approachable relationships with team members
• Flexible and able to adapt to different processes
• Able to speak up and take initiative
• At least 6 months with the company is preferred
