HR Operations & Transactions Specialist

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an organized, energetic HR Coordinator to join a prestigious DC law firm. The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the firm's HR department, and assist HR leadership with special projects and initiatives. This is a great role for someone who is passionate about HR and is looking to expand the depth of their knowledge and experience with a team dedicated to providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.Responsibilities Include:• Collaborate with a variety of teams on behalf of HR• Run HR reports and projects to support HR initiatives• Review HR communications and publications• Update organizational charts• Assist with HR events• Assist with other HR projectsQualifications Include:• Bachelor's Degree• 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment• Law firm experience preferred• Proficient in MS Office• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information• Professional communication skills• Strong problem solving skillsCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
