Basic Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, tablets and game consoles preferred but entry-level accepted.
• Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team Player
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (store open: M-F 10-7, Sat 10-6, Sun 11-5)
• High school diploma or GED

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices — cell phones, computers, drones, game consoles
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed CPR's quality standards
• Greet customers friendly and maintain a positive work environment
• Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
