Phone and Electronics Technician Bilingual Preferred English/Spanish

CPR Cell Phone Repair is a part of the largest Cell Phone Repair company throughout the country. We are a part of a franchise that is known internationally. All of our technicians are certified Apple and Wise once you join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technician to fill this role.

Responsibilities

• Repair all mobile devices included but not limited to IPhone, Androids, iPads, Tablets, game systems and laptops.
• Ability to communicate with customers with the ability to troubleshoot and write detail notes
• Two years experience repairing IPhone and Android Devices
• Two years minimum repairing iPad and Tablets
• Computer repair experience a Plus
• Ability to sell mobile accessories including devices
• At least one year customer service experience with sales experience
• Prefer Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cell phone repair: 2 years (Preferred)
• Repairing Ipads: 2 years (Preferred)
