A Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) will generate new banking opportunities from existing and new customers originated from various internal/external channels (including Real Estate agents, builders and branch customers). The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external channels is crucial to the success of the role. The MMS will build brand loyalty through exceptional and personalized service.

The key responsibilities of the MMS will be:

Establish business relationships directly with consumers and Real Estate agents in order to generate mortgage business volume in line with the organizational goals;

- Plan & implement effective mortgage sales strategies;

- Training of real estate agents and ICICI Bank branches about ICICI Bank Canada mortgage products;

- Manage key real estate brokerage and ICICI Branch accounts; and

-Enhance/generate overall banking relationships through mortgage offerings.
