Enterprise Analytics Engineer (4483)

The Enterprise Analytics Engineer is a person with a passion for data and analysis who has significant experience architecting and utilizing data. This role on our Tech Department’s Enterprise Applications team requires strong collaboration with team members and other departments across the business. 


We’re proud to have built and continued to innovate on an industry-leading tech stack, and we are looking to better integrate those technologies into a unified analytics platform with Snowflake at its core.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our data connections, analytics best practices, and ETL processes.
  • Centralize the Company’s cloud data into Snowflake and facilitate modeling to support data analysis requirements from all functional groups of the company and its clients.
  • Create a common data framework and glossary so all company and client data can be analyzed in a unified manner.
  • Work with the product, operations, and executive management teams to create a data-enabled user and client roadmap that clearly defines roles and responsibilities while bringing all teams into our collaborative data programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Services leadership to support our external client base needs.
  • Create and execute a plan to develop and mature our ability to measure and optimize usage growth, aligned with our user and client roadmap.
  • Ensure all transactional systems can communicate with our modern data tech stack and that production data adheres to a unified data model.
  • Collaborate with all functions of the company to address data needs and make required data  available to analysts and end-users.
  • Build a multi-modal service model that meets the non-homogeneous needs of our functional groups, from full service to self service,  across our data stack.


Skills and Experience - Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in high level data and analytics architecture, engineering, and development.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in roles involving data architecture and practical use.
  • Experience with a high growth company using on-demand (SaaS) transactional systems.
  • Hands on experience with Python, SQL and relational databases. 
  • Significant experience with Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with ETL systems like Matillion.
  • Must have experience with modern analytic and data visualization tools such as Thoughtspot or Sigma.
  • Experience with one or more of CRM, ERP, HCM, GTM, and WFM analytics is highly desirable.
  • Share and work in accordance with our values.
