Job Description

  • Provide recommendations based on experimental data to optimize product offerings.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
  • Work with engineering and data teams to maintain robust data pipelines and systems.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data related to user interactions, product performance, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Design and deliver reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to prioritize features, improve user experience (UX), and track the impact of new releases.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline).
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a product-focused role or advisory/consultancy capacity.
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
  • Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, creating intuitive and actionable dashboards.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting exploratory and detailed analyses to solve complex problems.
  • Technical expertise in data modeling and pipeline development, with familiarity with AWS Cloud or similar platforms highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong consulting mindset with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Competency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
