We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager of Business Intelligence. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, overseeing the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, and ensuring the effective utilization of data to support organizational objectives. As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead a team responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, contributing to strategic planning, and enhancing overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute the business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize data and analytics initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts and data professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Data Management
- Oversee the collection, integration, and validation of data from various sources.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through robust data governance practices.
Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Produce and present insightful reports and dashboards for senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business intelligence into day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with IT, finance, marketing, and other departments to drive comprehensive business solutions.
Project Hours:
flexible / later shift - to overlap with staff in PHL and US
