Product Manager Wealth - contractor

Who we are:

We’re a pan-European digital wealth manager with 130,000 active investors (growing fast!) and over €5 billion invested on our platform. With 220+ people across 4 offices in Italy and the UK, we’re supported and funded by Poste Italiane, Cabot Square Capital, United Ventures and Allianz. We started in 2011 in Milan with a simple vision - to help more people improve their financial well-being by making personal investing straightforward and accessible through technology. Fast forward a few years, and we’re known as one of the most innovative fintechs headquartered in the heart of London.

Mission

To provide investment solutions and advice to protect and grow client wealth through time.

Our Core Values:

We’ve built our business on three Principles:

    • Relationships are our first asset: We’re one team, built on trust, honesty and transparency. We value our relationships above all else.
    • Trust drives success: We give each other the space to grow. We empower our employees to succeed, so they can make a real impact.
    • Our customers dream big, just like us: We see the bigger picture and we make sure our customers see it, too. We’re always focused on the best outcomes for our clients and for each other, no matter what the goal, or how big the dream

  • Your time and focus will shift between the discovery track and delivery track of a dual-track product development process. On the discovery track, you’ll collaborate with your team and key stakeholders to generate and validate ideas for the team's backlog. While on the delivery track, you’ll make sure your team has everything they need to successfully execute on those ideas.
  • You’ll own the relationship with key partners and service providers on whom we rely to operate our products and services.
  • You’ll collaborate with fellow Product Managers and key stakeholders on the product strategy.
  • You’ll ensure that all product decisions and initiatives align with Moneyfarm's mission and vision, fostering a culture of integrity and customer-centricity in all aspects of product development and delivery

  • Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, guiding team priorities and tasks while advocating for conversion-focused features and design consistency.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of team progress and changes in priority.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritise initiatives, and refine strategies to maximise conversion and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Ensure product adoption aligns with forecasts, optimising onboarding and engagement strategies to improve conversion and retention.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their needs effectively, applying their feedback to improve UI/UX and conversion opportunities.
