This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
 

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator - Leafio is responsible for supporting various aspects of marketing campaigns, brand management, and communication strategies within the Leafio Marketing team.

The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing team with the development of marketing materials, maintaining and optimising website content, monitoring social media platforms, proofing, data analysis, writing marketing briefs, and coordinating  projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign implementation.

Brand Management:

  • Support the development and maintenance of brand campaigns, materials  to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all B2B marketing materials.

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand standards and effectively communicates key messages.

  • Proofreading marketing materials and packaging for accuracy.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling B2B marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.

  • Maintaining and optimising website content across multiple websites.

  • Assist in proofreading and editing content to maintain brand voice and accuracy.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of B2B events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and facilitate networking opportunities.

  • Coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and support post-event evaluations.

  • Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing campaigns.

Community Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the B2B online community.

Reporting:

  • Maintain marketing reports and assist with build post-campaign reports 

  • Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Deliver on individual and set departmental OKR and KPI’s as determined from time to time.

Continuous Improvement, Safety and Compliance 

  • Continuously learn from successes and failures to refine and enhance improvement strategies.

  • Actively participate in training (including mandatory training) and professional development sessions to enhance skill set.

  • Observe, understand and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations, Codes of Practice, Policies, Procedures and directives.

  • Be proactive and responsible for own actions, and adhere to compliance requirements relevant to your position (eg. legislation, policy and guidelines).

Qualifications

In addition to these foundations, you will have:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or extensive relevant experience.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a marketing role, within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, MedTech or FMCG industry.

  • Knowledge of marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

  • Experience taking and managing creative briefs and proofing artwork. 

  • Project management gun - experience working across multiple projects & managing them effectively to ensure timelines are met.
