Formulate marketing strategies: According to the development plan of private wealth business and target customer groups, formulate specific marketing strategies.
Marketing promotion: Expand the popularity of Futu PWM in Hong Kong through various marketing means such as online media, social networks, offline activities, promotion meetings, etc.
Customer activities and services management: Organize and participate in customer activities, such as wealth management lectures, overseas investment seminars, etc., to provide clients with intimate services and enhance clients’ satisfaction and loyalty.
Report writing: Timely collated and reported the data, effects and related analysis reports of marketing activities, and assisted leaders in making strategic decisions.
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, marketing and other related fields is preferred.
At least 3 years working experience in private banking or financial marketing. Agency experiences of serving private banking clients will also be considered.
Good oral and written communication skills, as well as a high level of dictation, and the ability to communicate and cooperate with people from different cultural backgrounds and social classes.
Familiar with market analysis methods and skills, with strong data collection, sorting and analysis skills, and able to adjust marketing strategies according to market conditions.
With business sensitivity and foresight, able to timely identify market opportunities and formulate corresponding marketing strategies.
Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and fluent in business negotiation and communication. Fluent in Cantonese is preferred.
