This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen and creative flair, as you'll be tackling complex technical challenges to deliver unparalleled end-user payment experiences. We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the intricate flow of funds and is passionate about crafting exceptional product UX and API design.
You will:
Deeply understand and articulate customer needs by engaging with customers, and sales teams, and analyzing market feedback.
Build on our "direct to network" processing strategy, facilitating connectivity for new payment modalities and enhancing our existing offerings with delightful customer experiences and complex orchestration.
Employ customer feedback to refine and simplify our payment processes, making them accessible to all while retaining the flexibility for expert users.
Work in tandem with internal teams such as operations, risk, compliance, and sales, as well as external partners and financial institutions, ensuring cohesive product alignment and integration.
You have:

A deep sense of customer empathy and a keen product sense.
Background in developing products for developers, such as APIs and SDKs, with expertise in creating interfaces tailored for both internal and external user groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for accurately identifying and articulating customer issues.
A proven track record of setting, prioritizing, and achieving ambitious product goals, and turning complex concepts into executable plans.

Advice:
If you’re nervous about not meeting every qualification above, apply anyway. Moov is all about pushing boundaries—ours, yours, and the industry’s—so we look for curious people willing to experiment and grow. While we can’t teach curiosity and compassion, we can teach some technical skills. Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but as Michael Scott says,“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!” (Or was that Wayne Gretzsky?)
One more thing:
Don’t go iron your clothes for your interview (do people still own irons?). We're all pretty casual here, so you can wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
Okay—last thing:
When you meet with us, have some concrete, tangible examples of when you’ve added value, improved something, created something, or done some fantastic, customer-centric work. We also want to learn about you as a person. If you want to know what it’s like working at Moov, check out stories from our employees.
PS:
Share our job roles with others! Wouldn’t it be nice to make new friends and bring over old friends? We think so.
