Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys in their fight for consumer rights. The successful candidate will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant, preparing legal documents and conducting research.

Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and affidavits
E-file court documents in state and federal court
Communicate with clients and courts
Conduct legal research and investigations
Prepare trial binders and exhibits

Education

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
