Skills

Strong organizational skills
Exceptional written and communication skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of legal documentation and processes

Responsibilities

Schedule calendar hearings and deadlines
Organize case files and manage logistics
Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents
Research regulations and laws
Manage client billing and resolve billing issues
Communicate with clients and witnesses

Education

High school diploma required
Associates degree or paralegal certificate preferred
