SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an Associate Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources processes and providing excellent customer service to internal customers as it relates to HR Operations. As part of our HR Service Center team, this person will act as the first line of contact for HR questions through various communication methods; phone calls, emails, faxes, mail and voice messages

The base pay range for this role is $55,100 - $74,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
