Apply today to be on a team that disrupts industries and builds a better future for the next generation.Contract Duration: 3 MonthsRequired Skills & Experience• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.• An online portfolio or PDF demonstrating design proficiency.• Fundamental understanding of design principles, with strong knowledge of typography and image composition.• Adobe CC experience in InDesign and Photoshop.• Experience with a wide variety of operational and process-related functionalities including design, front-end development, and compliance standards.• Experience in email marketing software such as BeeFree, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.• Ability to demonstrate basic HTML knowledge. Possesses creative, technical, and analytical skills.• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.• Possesses a solid understanding of design and user experience, leveraging data where possible to ensure maximizing usability.• Ability to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment.What You Will Be DoingDaily Responsibilities• Responsible for the design and development of email marketing design and direct mail.• Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of design assets and design prototypes.• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.• Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
