Scrum Master - Credit Union (Hybrid 2-3x/month)

This credit union in New Hampshire is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team. They are a not-for-profit financial institution that provides banking solutions such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and mortgages. This is a full-time role that would require traveling to their office in Portsmouth, NH 2-3 times per month.As a Scrum Master, you will support a cross functional team of developers, engineers, and product owners. You’ll be expected to ensure that the team’s actions are aligned with the product team’s goals and visions. Also, you’ll be a driving force in continuing to foster a comfortable and effective workplace.Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field• Agile Scrum Certification• Experience using Jira and Confluence• Experience using Office 365 and White Board products• Multiple years of experience working in a banking/fintech environment• Extensive understanding of Agile principles and experience adapting them to evolving environments• Team leadership experienceWhat You Will Be DoingDaily Responsibilities• Mentor and coach team members in a variety of positions across the group on best practices and agile methodologies• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals• Assist in product development and user research• Continuously monitor and report on the status of projects and initiativesThe OfferYou will receive the following benefits:• Medical and dental insurance• PTO• Sick time
