• Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to senior levels of management
• Act as the first point-of-contact for employee questions on HR policies and processes
• Design and drive strategic people-related plans for a variety of teams
• Use data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
• Provide expertise in areas like organizational structure, career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, and more

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience in HR
