Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to senior levels of management
Act as the first point-of-contact for employee questions on HR policies and processes
Design and drive strategic people-related plans for a variety of teams
Use data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Provide expertise in areas like organizational structure, career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, and more
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience in HR
