Senior Product Designer

Motive is looking for a Senior Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation for fleet and freight management products.

Skills

Experience in Interaction and Interface design
Design portfolio showcasing proficient design skills, product thinking, and problem-solving
Strong communication skills
Experience with design systems and frameworks

Responsibilities

Understand customer and business problems through research and data
Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through execution and beyond
Define, validate, and prioritize core use cases with cross-functional peers
Identify key user journeys, workflows, and product opportunities
Build alignment and articulate vision through storytelling and presentations
Obsess over interaction and interface design details
Mentor other designers and contribute to the design culture
