The position includes reviewing and discerning new cases assigned to MVRecovery to ensure all information has been received, proper account placement and monitoring cases for agent rejections, while also keeping consistent with processes. Required hours will be 9 am - 6pm CST but flexible on an as needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
