Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or our flagship office in Atlanta. We will consider exceptional remote candidates.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.The Role:As a Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of a dynamic sales team, not just shaping but revolutionizing the way communities experience living, working, and playing. Your role will focus on our Residential Real Estate sector. More than a technical expert, you are a captivating storyteller, a visionary architect of technology, crafting narratives that bring our solutions to life and turn technical demonstrations into immersive, inspirational experiences.You Will:• Function as a technical resource for the MRI Sales Team, guiding them from initial qualification to the closure of sales.• Craft and deliver product demonstrations that transcend mere information, turning them into captivating experiences infused with creative flair and substantial business value.• Engage in meaningful dialogues with clients and prospects, transforming their needs into innovative technological narratives.• Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams like Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, playing a strategic role in successful customer implementations, product decisions, and fostering company growth.• Provide insightful feedback to the product development team, derived from client interactions and market analysis.• Represent MRI Software at industry events and conferences, expanding our network of potential clients and partners.• Stay abreast of the evolving real estate technology landscape, leveraging this knowledge to maintain the freshness and relevance of our solutions.You Have:• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in computer applications, database/tool expertise, or a similar field.• Solid understanding of systems, application design, and integration methods, preferably in a SaaS environment.• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.• Proven ability to address complex technical problems and improve business processes.• Flexibility and adaptability, with a knack for thriving in an ever-changing environment.• Commitment to high standards, aiming for exceptional personal and team performance.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.• Ability to travel as required.Preferred:• Experience in the real estate industry and/or related technology platforms.• Proficiency in related applications, API, and web design.• Prior role as a sales engineer for SaaS, CRM, ERP, or real estate software.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.• Familiarity with MRI and competitors' products is a plus.We’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!We want our teams to love working here, so we’ve created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:• Join our employee-led groups to maximize your experience at work such as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, employee resource groups such as Women and Allies, and our Pride Event Group• Enjoy peace of mind over yours and your family’s health with our medical coverage options and HSA benefit• Invest in our competitive 401k plan and help set you up for your future• Big on family?
