The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

The Management Reporting & Solutions Analyst provides meaningful, accurate, and timely financial reports, and database integrity maintenance. Adaptability of this team is key, as team members must not only understand our business partners’ strategies, and operations, but also proactively anticipate and respond to environmental shifts. May manage reports and automation projects.

  • Demonstrate ability to learn and have thorough familiarity with systems, processes, and procedures in the management reporting space.

  • Understand existing analytical and automation solutions while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement or innovation within these areas.

  • Identify business requirements through collaboration with internal business customers to gather insights, design, and implement solutions using Power Query, Power BI, and other Analytical and Modeling tools that fulfill those needs effectively.

  • Produce moderate to complex analytics solutions by leveraging knowledge of finance terms to drive improvements and eliminate manual activities where possible.

  • Utilize advanced analytical and data modeling tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, and Excel to build dashboards and monitoring tools for tracking performance metrics and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 3+ Years Financial Analysis. Will entertain strong, ore junior candidates.

  • Advanced understanding of Power BI and Power Query data modeling.

  • Proficiency in interactive report building with tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, and Tableau.

  • Ability to model data from various disparate data sources into one cohesive model.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of database design and structure.

  • Ability to understand and create complex SQL statements.

  • Strong understanding of banking products

  • Detail and Solution Oriented

  • Works efficiently and independently (with little supervision)

  • Understands need for a secure and accurate data environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once

  • Problem Resolution skills

  • Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple cross-discipline teams, identifying best practices and process efficiencies.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $72K - $100K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
