Tech Sales Consultant ManageEngine

Responsabilidades:

Generación de Demanda

  • Investigar y prospectar clientes potenciales, identificando oportunidades de venta de software y generando leads cualificados.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de generación de demanda.
  • Participar en eventos para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Gestión del Ciclo de Venta

  • Seguir el ciclo de venta establecido.
  • Analizar los requerimientos y necesidades del cliente.
  • Diseñar soluciones adecuadas para cumplir con los objetivos del cliente.
  • Presentar propuestas y demostrar productos.
  • Negociar términos y condiciones contractuales con los clientes, asegurando acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes.
  • Monitorear la emisión de facturas y la compra de licencias de software.
  • Aplicar el método de ventas establecido (Sandler).

Asesoramiento Técnico

  • Contar con un profundo conocimiento de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por la empresa.
  • Entender la aplicación de los productos en distintos contextos empresariales.

Relación con Clientes

  • Mantener contacto constante con los clientes después del cierre de la venta.
  • Promover el crecimiento de la cuenta a través de ventas adicionales.

Conocimiento de Mercado

  • Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas.
  • Ajustar estrategias comerciales en consecuencia.
  •  Licenciatura o titulado en Comercio, Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería/Administración de sistemas o Carreras afines
  • Ingles B2-C1
  • Por lo menos 3 años de experiencia en ventas-
  • Experiencia vendiendo Productos de Manage Engine (indispensable)
  • Conocimiento de venta de software
  • Cumplimiento de cuotas de ventas comprobado
  • Elaboración de planes de ventas
  • Elaboración de pipeline & forecast
  • Conocimiento de métodos de ventas
  • Conocimiento de Productos Manage Engine
  • Conocimiento actualizado del mercado de TI 

Deseables:

  • Conocimiento de normas ISO 27k, ISO20k 
  • Conocimiento de competencia
  • Certificaciones en  Sales experto Manage Engine,  ITILv,  Customer Success Expert,  Gestión de proyectos: PM, Scrum, Agile, etc 
  • 100 % remoto.
