Role Responsibilities


Producing engaging design content (for blog posts, social media images, social media videos, whitepapers, templates, newsletters, and communications) in line with marketing strategy and goals.

Producing tailored presentations on Google Slides for the sales team following our branding and understanding the audience.

Strong collaboration and alignment with our marketing team members to create content that meets our branding expectations and maximizes performance through correct visual elements.

Take end-to-end ownership of print elements required for IRL activities such as customer gift boxes, banners, one-pagers, stickers, and similar items. This includes designing them and communicating with external vendors for the production of these graphic elements.

Ensure the compliance of our brandbook across all company channels and elements.

Ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines through adherence to a clear content calendar and task-following process.

Undertaking content marketing initiatives and supporting the development of improved processes and best practices to achieve business efficiency.

Staying current with industry trends and coming up with creative ideas to engage the audience.

Benchmarking and comparing marketing best practices, opportunities, tools, and content.


These tasks may vary; we're a dynamic start-up, and we are growing… a lot! At Mutt Data, we are looking for hands-on candidates ready to take on any challenge when an opportunity for improvement arises.


Role Requirements 💻


✓ Over 3 years of relevant experience in a related role.

✓ Bachelor's degree in design (desirable).

✓ Adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) and excelling in a fast-paced start-up environment.

✓ Skilled at managing multiple projects at once.

✓ Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, able to consistently meet deadlines.

✓ Comfortable with open communication in real-time.

✓ Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, without fear of over-communicating.

✓ A creative person with a strong sense of ownership.

✓ Proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.

✓ B2 English Level: Comprehension and writing skills (all our content is published in English).

✓ Comfortable with Google Suite (Drive, Docs and Sheets).


Bonus skills:


✓ Experience in marketing agencies or B2B companies.

✓ Video skills (After Effects, Motion, Premiere).

✓ UX/UI skills.

✓ Demonstrated understanding and interest in the tech industry.
