Mutual Funds – Fund Controller/Fund Administrator/Fund Accountant – AVP/VP
The US Mutual Funds Admin team is seeking a top-tier fund accountant. This role will report directly to the CFO of the Funds and will join a collaborative team as a key liaison to internal (portfolio managers, middle office operations, legal, compliance and tax) and external providers (fund administrators and auditors).
- Work in a groundbreaking group that is seeking to innovate the third party oversight model through the use of technology and project management
- Demonstrate technology to help automate our current processes to allow for a more effective and efficient model. Can directly chip in to an industry leading automation initiative
- Review financial documents, fund budgets and regulatory filings

Your future colleagues
This person will report to the firm’s CFO of the Mutual Funds and will be encouraged to add significant heft to the firm’s mutual fund business. The right hire into this role will have a good understanding of the diverse needs that exist across mutual fund channels. Qualifications for this role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Proven years of demonstrating high performance
- CPA is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with timeline
- Ability to self-organize and manage time optimally
- Ability to use technology for automation
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

The salary range, if this role is being hired in New York City, is $80k - $110k annually, based on various factors such as experience, education, skills, internal and external market data, etc.
