JOB OBJECTIVE
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion. The role will focus on streamlining marketing efforts, monitoring paid campaigns, lead scoring assessment, and targeted communications.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven expertise in paid media, HubSpot, data analysis, and copywriting experience to aid our small team in crafting compelling content that resonates with our audiences. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats within a department and is eager to help outside of the job functions as needed.Essential FunctionsPaid Media Expertise & Engagement• Monitor and maintain our paid channels and provide weekly performance reports of all our digital marketing channels including website traffic, email open rates, social media engagement, content performance, SEO and keywords• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Creative Manager to develop omni-channel content direction that caters to specific audiences and personas• Assist in writing, strategizing, and producing compelling content for social posts and blog content to help increase and grow our digital audience• Stay up-to-date on paid marketing trends as well as new digital opportunities as ad types and inventory changesHubSpot Automation Management:• Implement, manage, and monitor marketing automation workflows within HubSpot• Develop lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects at various stages of the buyer's journey• Optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms for maximum conversion rates using HubSpot tools• Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness• HubSpot certification preferredLead Scoring and Lead Assessment:• Review and maintain lead scoring to prioritize leads based on engagement and likelihood to convert• Continuously assess and adjust lead scoring criteria based on campaign performance and sales feedback• Monitor lead behavior and adjust marketing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion ratesContinuous Improvement:• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices• Experiment with new marketing strategies and tools to improve lead generation and conversion• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization from marketing and revenue operations to sales, customer success and productRequirements• 5-6 years creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth for B2B organizations• Experience leveraging marketing automation software to execute a variety of standalone tactics and integrated campaigns, with successful tracking and measurement. (Hubspot and Salesforce experience preferred)• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and experience in creating written marketing content for a B2B buying experience• Strong commitment to a customer-first strategy and understanding their needs to drive engaging marketing campaigns• Strong project management & communication skills• Must be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and adept at problem solving• This is an on-site position with 4 days in the officePowered by JazzHRr0lAJ6T4gJ
