What you’ll do
Our Sales Team Managers excel at leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Representatives to drive the achievement of sales, customer, people, and productivity goals, all while contributing to the success of call center KPIs and targets. If you have a proven track record of leading change in fast-paced environments and excel at connecting with and engaging remote teams, with strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills that drive sales performance, foster engagement, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The NRMA Membership Contact Centre team has built a high-performing, energetic culture where our team enjoy some healthy competition and a lot of fun. We are committed to ensuring our team are set up with the right skills, technology and in-depth, ongoing training and support to exceed in the role.
Your Working Hours
Working 35 hours per week on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday as part of a rotating roster.
Your Location
We offer a flexible environment, mixing in office work 1-2 days a week, or as required, with remote working. Offices include Sydney Olympic Park and/or Gosford.
What you’ll bring?
5+ years’ experience in Customer Contact Centre management in an inbound/outbound environment
A track record of meeting targets and motivating teams to achieve their KPI’s
Demonstrated ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment. Experience connecting and engaging with a remote workforce
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through the resolution of customer service issues and stakeholder engagement.
The ability to gain an elevated level of knowledge and understanding of conditions and guidelines relating to NRMA products and services
IT literacy with knowledge of telephony, MS teams, excel, word & power point
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographically dispersed locations.
Experience leading a team in the provision of high-quality customer service & sales through effective monitoring, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
A proven ability to manage priorities effectively and autonomously, organize workloads and meet challenging deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative, show initiative and provide sound business solutions to identified issues
Ability to work on a 6-day rotating roster, from 8am-6pm
