About the Team
Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.
The opportunity:
The Integrated Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in our organization, focusing on driving effective communications with a clear emphasis on achieving commercial success. They are responsible for seamlessly integrating campaigns, content, and
experiences throughout the marketing funnel to meet our core business objectives. A key focus on driving growth across various key performance metrics, from top-of-funnel brand health to digital performance conversion.
Reporting to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, the role actively works with senior LoB stakeholders, collaborates across the whole organisation and with our agency partners to ensure MYOB is consistently and impactfully positioned in market
Key objectives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Line of Business, Website, Strategic Comms, Product Marketing, and external agencies, to co-create and execute the annual marketing strategic cycle and quarterly plan.
- Develop actionable insights by collaborating with the insights team and leveraging various tools to inform the marketing plan.
- Work closely with digital marketing, social, and content teams to identify effective channels and optimize strategies.
- Lead the development of through-the-line marketing plans alongside the campaigns team.
- Act as the custodian of the company's brand, orchestrating advertising and media campaigns effectively.
- Be the central point of contact for project stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- Experience in integrated advertising / marketing.
- Previous marketing experience, including delivering integrated marketing campaigns, strategy development, media planning, and campaign development and management.
- Proven ability to stay updated on market trends, consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Proficiency in using data platforms such as Google Analytics, PowerBI
- Agency management, forecasting and budget management.
- A track record of operational excellence
