About The Role:
As a Field Cybersecurity CISO at Myriad360, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across various domains, reflecting a dynamic and impactful position within our organization.
Advisory Role:
- Provide expert advice on strategic security measures and solutions, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in the cybersecurity domain.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with customers to gain a deep understanding of their cybersecurity needs and challenges, fostering a partnership approach to security solutions.
Trust Building:
- Build and maintain strong customer trust and relationships. Actively promote trust and credibility in cybersecurity practices, ensuring our clients feel confident in their digital security.
Advocacy:
- Act as a vocal advocate for evolving security and risk landscapes. Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, demonstrating a commitment to their security and satisfaction.
Alignment with Real-world Issues:
- Ensure that company messaging aligns seamlessly with real-world security issues, reflecting a keen awareness of the current cybersecurity landscape.
Brand Promotion:
- Promote Myriad360 as a trusted brand in cybersecurity. Position our services and solutions in alignment with clients' requirements and needs. Participate in industry seminars and deliver speeches to enhance brand visibility.
Security Sales Support:
- Support security sales teams by effectively conveying the value and effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
This role is accountable for:
- Knowledge of various cybersecurity domains, industries, products, and competitive offerings from the various enterprise cybersecurity vendors.
- High-level understanding of security domains like Governance, Network Perimeter, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, SIEM and Log Management, Managed Detection and Response, Endpoint Security, Security Automation, DevSecOps and more.
- Be able to conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Acting as a security partner to enhance the sales process.
- Strong account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Relationships Management with clients, C level Business leaders, Technical Decision Makers, internal sales engineering teams and internal core sales teams.
- Be able to prepare solution value propositions and Myriad360 differentiations to clients and stakeholders that speak to their needs and requirements.
- Prepare presentations
- Attend various cybersecurity conferences.
- Identify the new area of opportunities/sales while working with core AEs and joining the client facing calls/meetings.
- Engage technical SEs and provide knowledge transfer on the identified opportunities.
- Work with the core sales team on their current top 20 revenue making accounts and expands on the security revenue on these accounts with strategic alignment.
- Work with the security practice lead and the sales engineers on the identified opportunities
- Attend vendor meetings and sales trainings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years extensive sales experience in network security, IT security, computer security, security solutions or similar field
- Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity sales roles
- This role involves client-focused travel, with approximately 40%-60% of the time dedicated to visiting clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management skills.
- Communicate effectively, translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Experience delivering solutions presentations to prospects/customers.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM suite
- Creatively think through and solve problems.
- Excellent time management and organization
- Holding certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section.
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts.

Must be based in the United States.
Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range in New York City for this position is $250,000 – $300,000 OTE (includes base salary plus bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
