What are we looking for?

We're in search of a Sr. IT Systems Engineer to elevate our digital infrastructure. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance, resolve customer issues, and ensure optimal system performance. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. 

What will you do?
  • Ownership of Managing, Securing and supporting the production Google Workspace and O365 environments with other adjacent applications
  • Manage SSO integrations with multiple platforms and applications
  • Configuring and supporting application integrations with IAM and collaboration tools
  • Procure and manage licensing, access and lifecycle management of the various cloud and SaaS applications 
  • Optimizing the end-user experience with respect to Collaboration tools
  • Create and maintain the documentation of procurement, configuration and troubleshooting  of the tools
  • Support and maintain audio/visual and VoIP software and devices
  • Manage user accounts, security groups, mailing lists, and application access according to SOPs
  • Onboarding and Offboarding the new and terminated employees respectively
  • Occasional Desktop OS support for MacOS and Windows
  • Actively participate in the on-call program 
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 7+ years of related professional experiences preferred
  • Extensive experience in configuring, securing and managing the production Google Workspace (certifications preferred)
  • Slack administration expertise in configuring, managing multi-workspace enterprise grid and integrations with different applications and tools
  • Expert knowledge in core technologies such as SSO, MFA, Email, etc
  • Experience in onboarding, procurement and license management of Cloud and SaaS applications and vendors 
  • Experience with Endpoint Management tools. Mac management using JAMF and Windows with Intune
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting collaboration and productivity software including Google Workspace Suite and Microsoft Office365
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace, growing enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge with AWS cloud services
  • Experience in managing Linux and VMware a plus
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and change management
  • Experience managing IT in a FedRAMP environment a plus
  • Experience working with NIST controls a plus
  • Ability to write detailed documentation based on regulatory requirements

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$104,000$143,000 USD
