Project Coordinator

Currently, we are searching for a Project Coordinator to fulfill an immediate vacancy.This individual will be responsible for:· Ensuring the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables (project documentation and change order management)· Billing (multiple times per month)· Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project· Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with various teams· Solving any issues that may arise during the project· Managing and building relationships with multiple teams· Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes (lifecycle)· Oversee project lifecycle including but not limited to project planning/scheduling, Risk management, quality assurance, compliance/safety, post-project review, closure· Review contracts and information from clients· Analyzing project data and producing progress reportWe are actively speaking with applicants that have:· 3+ years of Project Coordination experience· 4 + years of construction industry experience· Detailed oriented Organizational skills: Time management and planning· Has proven experience with data entry using tools such as Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office 365· A track record of problem-solving and successful negotiation.· Have excellent, proven problem-solving skills· Experience in collaborating with multiple teams within the organization· Clear driving record with a reliable personal vehicle.Preferred skills include:· Data collection experienceLocation:· Onsite in Englewood, CO· 8-hour shift
