The ideal candidate will develop and coordinate project scope, schedules, and budgets, manage design and construction, and serve as the project lead for the construction of facilities such as hospitals, outpatient care facilities, clinics, and MRI Suites.What You’ll Do• Serve as an agent of the Owner leading all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, design, construction, owner test fits, and regulatory interaction with the support of the internal facilities team, user groups, owner’s representatives, construction managers, and business partners.• Lead specialty healthcare projects such as joint commission preparation and aesthetic improvements such as kitchen repairs, service elevator refresh, suspended ceiling repairs, and audio/video systems projects from inception through close-out.• Responsible for coordinating complex parking garage projects, through collaboration with concrete vendors, contractors, architects, and engineers.• Develop requests for proposals, issue LOIs, negotiate terms and conditions, contract development, and award project work.• Evaluate and coordinate contract documents for outside construction contractors, including approval for payment applications to the Owner.• Requisition equipment, and other owner-furnished materials for the construction project.• Apply broad industry experience to improve and/or introduce new business practices, policies, and procedures necessary to achieve organizational goals.• Lead risk management/mitigation and prioritization with a budget, scope, schedule, and communications to prevent negative impacts on the projects.What You’ll Need• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, facilities management, construction management, or equivalent education and experience.• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, construction management, or facilities management in design/construction management for surgical suites, hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities preferred.• Experience with software MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Why CBRE?CBRE offers excellent and comprehensive benefits including Health Insurance, 401(K), Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and more!We lead by example, guided by the needs of the cities we inhabit, the communities we build and the world we live in.CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
