We’re excited to be hiring our first Head of Marketing!
Now that Nabla has established itself as a trusted and well-known brand among clinicians and health systems, we’re seeking a Head of Marketing to accelerate our growth. Your mission will be to continue amplifying Nabla's presence, leveraging the strong brand awareness we’ve built to drive business expansion, generate high-quality leads and pipeline, and showcase the undeniable value of our AI-powered solutions to both new and existing customers.
You will spearhead marketing initiatives that contribute to our broader business objectives. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns that fuel lead generation, nurture customer relationships, and demonstrate how Nabla is transforming clinical workflows.
This is a player/coach role, at least to start. You’ll manage a small team of rockstars, including our Brand & Communications Director and Product Marketing Manager. But you’ll also roll up your sleeves and own execution of a number of key initiatives yourself. You’ll report directly to our COO and Co-Founder Delphine Groll, and you’ll work closely with the VP Sales, Head of Customer Success, and Chief Product Officer.
Collaboration will be central to your efforts, within your team and beyond, as you’ll:
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing strategies are tightly aligned with their goals, continuously refining campaigns based on market insights.
Manage the development of marketing materials by collaborating with external contractors, including video agencies, freelance writers, designers, and other creative partners.

Full ownership of all things marketing, including:
Establishing and measuring your team’s efforts against pipeline-related KPIs
Lead Generation and Pipeline Development, in collaboration with Sales
Brand, communications, and advertising
Product marketing
Events strategy and execution
Team leadership and coaching
Team growth, including immediate and longer term recruiting
We are seeking candidates with:
Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation, campaign management, and strategic marketing initiatives in a scaleup environment.
Minimum 3+ years in a full-time marketing leadership role, within US healthcare.
Strong track record as an inspiring and effective leader, coach, and team builder
Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts, achieving lead generation targets, and creating measurable outcomes for customers.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility both internally and externally.
A great collaborator who works seamlessly across teams, including Sales, Product, and external partners, to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
