Nacre Capital is a global venture builder, actively seeking a talented and dedicated Research Analyst with a strong business orientation, analytical background, and experience in startups. As a Research Analyst at Nacre, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company, focusing on conducting research and driving impactful insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling potential clients.
  • Using creative strategies to promote conversion.
  • Conduct a comprehensive email campaign in tandem of the cold-calling activities.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more.
  • Work independently with minimal direction to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations for the portfolio.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Serve as a point of contact between external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with telemarketing and email marketing. (MUST)
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication (MUST).
  • Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST
  • Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Any Business Research oriented certificate would be preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
