Associate Principal Engineer - Frontend Architect

Architecture Design and Implementation:

• Design scalable, robust, and secure architectures for applications and services.
• Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement architectural solutions.

Technology Selection and Evaluation:

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for the project
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to assess new technologies.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Review and approve design and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate architectural decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and product teams.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and performance of the application through robust testing and validation.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline development processes.
• Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Provide regular updates on architecture progress and challenges to leadership.
• Document technical decisions and their impact on the overall architecture.
