Job Description

  • You will take over the consultant role on our engagements and advise our customers on the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
  • Analyze, design & implement cross-platform features around Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud including connected systems and help our clients to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform
  • Summarize and drive complex statements toward resolution including varying groups of client stakeholders up to C-level
  • You are expected to lead workshops with customers, you will evaluate the techno-functional realization of customer requirements, you will be responsible for the design and the implementation process, and act as an interface between customers and our development teams.
  • Contributing to internal practice development activities, such as mentoring, recruiting, business development, marketing, pre-sales activities, and many other activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud) implementation and consulting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies and architecture, including connected systems and integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design scalable solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
