Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of client-facing expertise and hands-on development experience. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand business needs, design tailored Salesforce solutions and implement them through both configuration and custom development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce best practices.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Work closely with technical teams to oversee development, integrations, and deployments.
  • Provide training, support, and ongoing enhancements to maximize user adoption.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Must have Skills: Spanish.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and development.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise implementations.
