National Account Director (PART TIME)
North American Bancard- Remote
The National Account Director will orchestrate and engage in high-volume, outbound prospecting to existing sales partners considered low or non-producing agents. This position will be responsible to mine extensive NAB database of inactive/ low producing sales partners in efforts to contact the agents and determine the potential reasons for low/non production. The role will help to identify applicable reasons for reduced production and assist engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders to determine a remedy to win back partner volume and improve overall processes and product offerings. This role will be 20 hours a week to start.
What you'll do:
  • Utilize Salesforce to mine low/non-producing agents to track and document contacts.
  • Identify themes and common explanations for production loss.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall processes and product offerings.
  • Share remedies across NAB departments .
  • Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner with all prospective customers.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum three (3) years’ in sales or related field
  • Previous experience recruiting Merchant Services, sales, and/or partner relationships
  • Demonstrated experience setting and meeting sales goals through working autonomously, as well as across business lines, to engage resources necessary to achieve objectives
  • Efficiently manage high-call volumes
  • Ability to take on multiple assignments and requests simultaneously, prioritize and make deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comprehensive understanding of P&L and other business statements
  • High attention to detail and vigilant about drawing the correct conclusions
