HRIS Specialist

Annual Salary $55,320 - $76,620. Key Responsibilities: Track assigned metrics and takes action as necessary. Participates in community & company functions to represent Swiss Krono. Maintains Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in ADP and Workday. Maintains all teammate records – I-9, personnel, medical, etc. – according to federal and state laws. Audit and update I-9 and E-Verify. Maintains file of hourly teammates attendance points weekly. Calculate attendance points for quarterly Good Attendance Bonuses program. Coordinate all disciplinary actions and documentation for attendance. Enter new teammates and remove terminated teammates from time clock system. Maintain Uniform system – invoices, distribution, and return. Backup point of contact for all Benefits enrollment and claims questions. Serves as a point of contact to teammates for HR related questions and inquiries. Performs verification of employment. Participates in audits (ISO, 401k, DOL, etc.). Core Competences: High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and management. Sense of urgency to complete tasks. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS software, databases, and MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and process driven. Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices. Professional Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems and processes, including data entry, reporting, and security. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR Analytics, with experience in HR data management, reporting and analysis. Education and specialized skills profile: Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or relevant field, or comparable qualification. Environment and Behavioral profile: Candidate can be exposed to loud noise that may exceed 87 decibels when in the plant. Candidate can be exposed to extreme hot climate temperatures internally on the shopfloor, which can exceed 110 degrees F. Candidate must have the ability to multitask in a challenging environment. Linguistic Profile: Swiss Krono embraces the diversity of languages, but most, if not all, communication verbally and written is preferred in English to successfully complete the appropriate scope of work. Mobility and Physical Requirement profile: Work location is Barnwell. This job operates in a manufacturing office environment. While performing the job duties of this job may be required to communicate by phone, in person and via computer. Key relationships (internal and external stakeholder) Internal: All personnel.
