DCIO Retirement Aggregator Sales

Overview:
 
At Natixis Investment Managers, we are dedicated to cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients in the US Defined Contribution (DC) marketplace. We achieve this through collaborative partnerships with Record-keepers, Retirement Aggregators, Regional Banks, National Wire and Independent Broker-Dealers, and outsourced Fiduciary Investment Solutions Providers.  We believe the Retirement Aggregator market provides a unique opportunity to expand our product shelf space and increase AUM in the DCIO market.  This position will reside in our Enterprise RIA sales unit given common factors such as building aggregator-level partnerships and directing FA-level activity across our Wealth Management sales team, and will work in collaboration with our DCIO strategic account and Retirement Specialist wholesale resources.  This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.

What you will do:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Retirement Aggregator clients and prospects in the DC segment.
  • Introduce Natixis investment solutions to the marketplace while upholding and fortifying existing client assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and service opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact to clients by delivering superior service, strategic direction, and sales support.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to strategically position Natixis solutions and intellectual capital.
  • Harness Natixis’ brand and expertise to bolster brand awareness and influence investment decisions within the retirement sector.
  • Implement tailored marketing and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and adoption of Natixis investment solutions within the retirement segment.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, furnishing regular updates and insights to senior management.

What you will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of retirement/DC experience with additional experience in investment-related or financial roles, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
  • Sound understanding of retirement plan investment influencers and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in articulating ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and devise innovative ways to drive sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of retirement industry regulations.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence and selecting investment products for DC retirement plans.
  • Ability to navigate intricate organizational structures and wield influence in decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with leading retirement platforms and fiduciary solutions.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) licenses required.
