Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Looking for an organized, thoughtful, and collaborative individual to support the VP, Global Travel Management in driving strategy and execution of a high-touch, employee and production focused global travel program.
Leveraging the candidate’s depth of experience, creative problem solving, and critical thinking, this position will support the Vice President of Global Travel Management in overseeing and managing the global travel program, including travel policy, vendor negotiation and traveler safety and security, with the aim of optimizing costs, compliance, and the travel experience. This individual will participate in contract renewals, service level discussions, and planning with production teams on calendaring events.
The ideal candidate can balance the execution of the nuanced service with the need for efficiency; a self-starter with a service minded approach who can manage and foster relationships across the businesses.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office, in Universal City, CA, a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
