Role Purpose:
The Global Finance Operations Record-to-Report Senior Manager oversees the Record-to-Report functions, which include general ledger accounting, monthly close processes, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and various other tasks performed by both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures that the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider meets service level agreements (SLAs), delivers excellent customer service to business units as the primary point of contact, and drives efficiency through a shared service model.
The Senior Manager will manage monthly accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and corporate policies. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in implementing process improvements, integrating new systems and businesses, and supporting global transformation
