Job DescriptionOur Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team. The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates.The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly when scope and requirements are fluid.Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholdersProduce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slidesUse Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs leveraging enterprise-grade patterns and templates; produce interaction prototypes for handoffActively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported productsEloquently present design solutions to stakeholdersQualifications:QualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years professional experience designing enterprise-facing products using FigmaProfessional experience working within design systems, especially Material Design, Angular Material, and React Material. Experience with Accessibility and SaaS design systems including Salesforce, SAP Fiori, and ServiceNow a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent fieldEffective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include link in resume or application)Must be able to work Eastern TimeFully Remote:This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
