In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Corporate Trainer! As a Corporate Trainer, you will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of learning and development within our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that empower our employees and enhance their skills to meet business objectives. Your primary focus will be on onboarding new hires, upskilling existing team members, and providing ongoing learning opportunities that encourage personal and professional growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, create tailored training content, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. By utilizing innovative training techniques and best practices, you will ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools to thrive in their roles at Neostella.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments and employee levels.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars that foster an interactive learning environment.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements based on feedback.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources to support employee learning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps and develop training initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and training methodologies to continuously improve training practices.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Training Design: Proven ability to design, develop, and execute effective and innovative training programs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of evaluating training effectiveness through metrics and participant feedback and incorporating that feedback into changes to programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using various training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), video, etc.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
