Position Overview

NEOWIZ is a dynamic and rapidly growing gaming company dedicated to creating immersive and engaging experiences for players worldwide. We are passionate about building a thriving community around our games and are seeking a talented and driven Community Growth Manager to lead our influencer and creator initiatives.

The Community Growth Manager will be responsible for expanding our games’ reach and fostering a vibrant, growing community through strategic influencer outreach, content campaigns, promotions, collaborations and data-driven analysis. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming and streaming landscape. You will be the primary point of contact for content creators and influencers, building strong relationships and executing impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.


Responsibilities
  • [Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management]
  • Identify, research, and engage with relevant content creators and influencers across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, X/Twitter, Discord, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer partnerships, negotiating collaboration agreements and using CRM tools like Lurkit.
  • Utilize direct messaging through Discord, X/Twitter, email, and other channels to facilitate ongoing communication.

  • [Influencer Campaign Strategy & Development]
  • Design and develop strategic influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
  • Create campaign briefs, track performance, and provide post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine influencer strategies based on engagement data and community insights.

  • [Content & Event Execution]
  • Plan and execute content-driven campaigns across streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube) and social media channels (Meta, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage large-scale streaming events, including Twitch raid trains involving 50-200+ gamers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

  • [Creative Asset Management]
  • Oversee the production of graphics and video assets, including Twitch overlays, pre-event infographics, and pre-roll/b-roll footage.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visuals align with campaign goals.

  • [Analytics & Performance Reporting]
  • Monitor and analyze real-time and compiled data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular management reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to refine influencer and content strategies for future improvements.


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related field within the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of gaming communities and streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, X/Twitter, Discord, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Lurkit and social media analytics for influencer management and campaign tracking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

  • Hands-on experience executing large-scale streaming events, including Twitch raid trains.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software to oversee creative asset development.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

$50,000 - $80,000 a year
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In compliance with California state law, the salary range listed applies to US-based candidates. For candidates in other regions, compensation will be aligned with competitive local market standards, ensuring fair and thoughtful recognition of talent worldwide.
